Our Story
CxORE was founded in 2014 by Robert (Bob) Gregoire, a seasoned entrepreneur and trusted leadership advisor. After successfully building and selling a national facilities management outsourcing business, Bob dedicated his career to guiding small and midsize organizations through critical phases of growth and transformation.
Recognizing a widespread need for experienced, actionable leadership, Bob launched CxORE to provide fractional and interim executive services to organizations seeking both strategic guidance and hands-on operational support.
In 2018, CxORE evolved to include comprehensive Support Services, enabling us to deliver fully integrated, turn-key solutions that combine Leadership, Management, Staff, Process, and Technology. Today, CxORE works across both the private and social sectors, offering tailored support to early-stage ventures and established enterprises alike.
